This Forest River Grey Wolf 22RR is a great toy hauler. It will be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized. Fold down sofas on each side of the garage. Sleeps 4 easily, I have actually had someone put a cot in there for a 5th sleeping spot. Bluetooth connection to the radio. TV with mount locations by pantry and outdoors. Indoor and outdoor speakers. The rear ramp has cables to support it level with the camper floor for a patio space. I even have a short fence that can attach to the ramp. It has an outdoor shower and of course a shower inside also. The Forest River Grey Wolf 22RR also has a big pantry so you can stock up for the long trips. Dual fuel refrigerator operates on propane or 110VAC electricity. Propane cooktop and small oven as well as a microwave for cooking. I also have included a Coleman NXT 50 propane grill with a hose to connect to RV propane supply. Generator not included, but rental of one is available as well.
Most 1/2 ton trucks are rated to pull this. I have load equalizer hitch and sway control kit you can use, included in rental.
3 dirt bikes load into garage easily, I've had 4 fit in nicely as well. Two regular atv will fit. A small side by side should fit as the width between pantry and range is 51.3" and small UTVs are usually 50". The big UTVs won't fit.
Sheets and pillowcases included. RV rental delivery and set-up available with optional charge.
I also have a canoe available for rental with life jackets and two oars. I also have limited access to a 1 person kayak for rent as well. Both fit in RV garage easily. I have some bicycles available I could rent as well.
I set winter rental to 3 nights minimum as I will have to winterize between usage. Thanks! What's includedAlso included is a large outdoor rug, bedding, cookware, disposable dinnerware, spices, games and more!RecommendationsI've had this rig at the trails near White Rock mountain, Arkansas, Taylor Park, Colorado, Black Hills South Dakota, Hatfield-McCoy trails in West Virginia, Ozark National Forest near Chadwick, MO, Gunnison National Forest, Colorado. All great destinations!Other things to noteThe electric awning needs to be brought in if the wind picks up much over 12mph.
I highly recommend load equalizer and sway control hitch setup (provided). You really should have a trailer brake controller too. I usually pull this with my 1ton truck, but I have pulled it quite a ways with a friends Tacoma just fine. A half ton truck should be just right.
