This was the first time my wife & I rented an RV for the weekend. Charlie couldn't have been more patient and hospitable - going through the walk-through with his RV. He had typed instructions with color pictures of everything we needed to know about operating the RV and being able to enjoy our stay at the lot where we traveled. I would highly recommend renting Charlie's RV. It was clean and in great condition.

This was our first time using a Class C RV for camping and our family had a blast. RV was very well maintained and clean! Charles had great instructions for us and was available 24/7 for questions if needed. We had zero issues with the RV or the rental process. We look forward to renting with Charles again in the future.

Mega gas guzzler. The vehicle makes some weird noises while driving and will sometimes start to vibrate or shake. We disinfected the entire interior down with Clorox wipes and mopped the floor with disinfectant. He complained of the Lysol smell when we returned it and was skeptical of if we cleaned it yet it was cleaner than when we picked it up. He skimmed over the instructions and never showed us how to use the leveling blocks so we were parked on a slant and couldn't use the slide-out because of it. We asked if we could bring it back later upon return and he said "between 5 and 6 would be okay". Then we received a late charge of $80. Yes there is a late fee written into the agreement but when we asked him and he said 5 or 6, we thought that he meant we wouldn't be charged a late fee. Overall, the camper is "meh" and the owner is untrusting and not very friendly.

Our RV was perfumed over with something , not Lysol. Took my wife a day to air out. As every rental I take an hour to go thru the RV operation and provide a detailed procedure for operations. I am also available by phone 24/7 for any issues or questions. Some people should not rent Rvs, I would not rent to them again.

As rookies we were quite hesitant but Charlie walked us through everything with patience and clear instructions. He was very responsive, both before and during our trip. The RV was a delight, lots of storage, well kept and clean. It had all the equipment and amenities. Also lots of kids' DVDs, which we didn't use. A TV in every room, which we didn't use, but was nice to know that they're there.

We reserved with Charles on short notice. He was extremely accommodating and responsive. The Sunseeker was as advertised and made for an enjoyable over night trip with all the amenities of home. We would definitely recommend Charles, as well as Outdoorsy.com.

We had a great time renting from Charles for our trip to Shawnee National Forest. The Sunseeker was the perfect size for our family of five with plenty of options included. Charles took the time to share the details of the RV and run through everything before we left on our trip. The included amenities were a nice touch. I’d happily rent from Charles again.

Charlie was a great guy, he obviously has been doing this for a while as he knows the ropes through and through. I was kind of freaking out when I had his vehicle bc the tire TEMPS (not the PSI) were getting pretty high. Having a strong scientific background, and taking Physics in the past, I know pressure is associated with temperature. So I texted him, and he was super cool and assuring that as long as the PSI doesn't reach >X than we should be fine. So super cool guy, nice truck, and easy to work around.

This RV is as advertised. Charles is very responsive and maintains the RV very well. He provides a thorough orientation to the vehicle so you feel comfortable operating and using all this unit has to offer. He was quick to respond to text messages, and I never had to contact him during the trip because there were no issues. I would rent this RV again because the owner is easy to work with and the RV was clean and performed well. Excellent experience!!

The RV was clean and well maintained. The extra amenities (things like lawn chairs, pots, bug lamps and more) came in very handy!! Basically anything we forgot to bring was already included!!

Great experience with Charles (not so much with Outdoorsy communication, though...very slow and late). RV was exactly as pictured and described. Worked great, too. And VERT comfortable. Plus, Charles provided with lot of stuff (chairs, picnic table, etc). This was our 4th time RVing but 1st time renting from Outdoorsy. Charles was available on the phone if we had a problem, but didn't have any problem. Kids said this was the best RV we had rented and this was the best trip ever!!

Charlie is awesome to work with and completely committed to ensuring that everything goes as planned and your experience is flawless. This was my very first RV experience and after this we would definitely do it again. We rented the RV for a HS reunion. We traveled over 600 miles over the weekend. There were about 6 RVs at the reunion ours was by far the best. Plenty or room for 5 adults and comfortable. We loved sitting outside and watched a little college football on Saturday.
Charlie is a great guy, fair, available, responsive and his RV comes with everything you need to have a terrific experience.

This RV was great and very accommodating for a large group. Charlie was easy to communicate with and demonstrated clearly how everything operated, as well as left us with a packet of instructions, so we were prepared to travel safely on our own. He was also very responsive to questions. It was our first time renting an RV and Charlie made us want to rent his RV again since our experience was overall great!

From first contact thru dropoff Charles was very attentive and helpful. He went out of his way to be accommodating for our trip and needs. He was prompt for both drop off and pickup as well as having all the required paperwork in order. We had one small issue with the RV during our trip which Charles and I solved like two good friends would. No problems! His is a great ambassador for Outdoorsy, Would Highly recommend!!

My family had a great time in this RV! We had never used an RV for. Charles did a great job on check out of going over all the features and how to use them. He also had a great checklist for us to use for the various tasks that needed to be completed. We had a couple questions for Charles after we started our trip, he was always quick and friendly to respond. The RV is well maintained and very clean. It drives well. We would rent this rv again.

My wife and I loved this vehicle. We have a family tradition of leaving anything we borrow or use better (cleaner) than we found it. However, this was difficult as the bar was set so high. It was very clean when we picked it up. Charles has obviously taken good care of it. And he was easy to work with on pick up and return as well. We would definitely rent it again.
