4.0Overall we had a good experience with the camper rental and Denton was very prompt with communication, delivery, and pickup throughout the trip. The camper itself worked well for our needs and he was easy to work with. We did have ongoing issues with the generator, which was important because our campsite did not have hookups. The generator experienced reliability problems during the trip and, despite multiple troubleshooting attempts, the issue was not fully resolved long term. To his credit, Denton came out multiple times to try to fix it, stayed communicative during the process, and ultimately provided a partial refund for the days the generator was unavailable along with waiving extra usage charges. While the generator problems were frustrating at times, I do appreciate the effort he made to work with us and make things right.
