The delivery option was very helpful.

This was our first time using Outdoorsy. Paige set the bar high for our expectations on services, communication, price and ease of use. I will use Paige as much as possible in the future.

Overall our trip was great and they were very accommodating. I was just a little disappointed on the cleanliness of the camper. The floors were definitely not cleaned before we arrived. Overall was a good time and I would rent from them again!

We had a great time renting! Camper was delivered and fully set up and ready for us upon arrival. We were using this for our lodging while at a horse show, and it was perfect for us. There were 3 adults staying and we all slept well, things were clean and the outdoor kitchen and extra fridge space from it were a bonus!! great communication from hosts and service.

Everything was great until about 8 hours in and we realized we had no water. I thought the pump was not working so we messaged the gentleman who dropped it off the next morning. He said he was not real familiar with it as it was his fiance. We went ahead and did water bottles for everything to still enjoy the family weekend. Once we checked out she said that we ran out of water because of a 2 min shower. it apparently used the entire tank so showering in this camper is not an option if you want water. We also were accused of smoking marijuana in the camper which was absolutely did not happen. My wife who has a medical card was smoking her pen at the picnic table with the doors open most of the weekend and that's the only thing I can think. The camp host circles frequently so smoking anything illegal would be really hard as we were right next to the road. She has since charged me for a something I didn't do. I was charged for a mattress that grandchild had an accident on. I'm. willing to pay that but don't understand how your kid bunks are not protected for accidents to the point you have to get a new mattress. My family has owned campers, rented campers , and AirBNB and never got a bad review or had any problems. I definitely would make sure to have a good conversation about not standing to close when smoking outside and showering and you should be fine but otherwise steer clear cause you'll pay crazy money to clean something you didn't do.
