2002 Jayco Eagle
Here is a nice, clean 2002 Jayco Eagle model 251 (25') 5th wheel camper. It has one electric slide out to give it maximum space. It has never been smoked in nor had pets.It has three (3) beds.
1. A queen bed in the master room in front (up the stairs).
2. A futon style couch that folds flat to a 44" wide by 71" tall bed (bigger than a twin bed but smaller than a full size bed).
3. The kitchen table/dinette converts to a bed (also 44" wide by 71" tall). The freshwater tank holds 54 gallons. It will be full upon drop off. It isn't necessary to use this tank if you have water hookup available "city water hookup". It is not recommend to drink out of the tap from any camper. Bottled water is best to bring along. The gray water holding tank is 45 gallons and the black water holding tank is 45 gallons. My delivery is preferred if you are (a) inexperienced in a 5th wheel style hitch and (b) plan to stay in one location for the duration of your rental period. Delivery must be within reason (35 miles from Traverse City area).Camper amenities can be operated stand alone (no electric or water hook-up is necessary). If those hook ups are available, it makes everything easier. The air conditioning is the only item that can not be ran unless you are hooked to an electrical outlet (normal house plug-in). External generator is provided at request.During rental arrangements:
1. Please inform if generator is needed to be brought along.
2. Please inform if water hookup is available (standard garden hose faucet)
3. Please inform if electrical hookup is available (standard 120 volt wall outlet).Typically able to drop off camper around 6:30 pm Monday-Thursday and anytime Friday-Sunday.Thank you for your consideration! What's includedIncluded are bottom side bed sheets and pillows/cases for three beds. Thicker blankets upon request if preferred by renter.Plenty of paper towel, RV specific toilet paper, napkins, paper plates, plastic silverware, and plastic are cups provided. Minimal pots/pans/cooking items provided. External generator provided with request. In the forward (outside) storage compartment: a large outdoor patio rug is provided with set up of the awning upon delivery. Also a couple small tables are provided for under the awning. Plenty of camping chairs are included also.Delivery is flexible, however I work a Mon-Fri 8-5pm job so drop off times can be fit to work for you.I am accessible by phone, call or text anytime. I am more than happy to help before or during your rental time with any questions. I am happy to give a course in how everything works in-person or on phone. Chad was friendly and quick to respond and was very accommodating to our need for the camper to be delivered to our camp spot. Pickup and drop off were punctual. The camper was spacious, clean, well stocked, and stayed dry during several heavy rains. Would definitely recommend!

Chad was awesome to work with on this trip. Very accommodating, helpful, and communicative. No issues with the RV. Everything was as advertised and very clean. Most essentials and many extras were provided, which was wonderful. We were traveling with 4 adults and 2 young children which was maybe a little closer than I'd say is ideal for this camper, but was completely doable. 2 adults and 2-4 kids is probably the sweet spot for this model. 10 of 10 would rent from again and recommend to family and friends in the area.
