Very responsive and on time delivery. Completely set up for us! Hassle-free, fun, clean, and family friendly! We will definitely rent from ya'll again! Thank you for making our trip easy, fun, and convenient.

Our host was very accommodating with communication and ease of pickup.
We did pickup without host contact and therefore very little instruction to use amenities provided within the campervan.
We did not use the provided water. We did not extend the awning.
We did learn on our own how to use the electric power source provided and charged our devices. We were not using campsites with power so we did not use the AC which needs direct plugin.
We only slept two people in the van. I slept on the fold down cushions and sleeping at an angle barely fit my 5'6" frame. The upper bed I thought could sleep one 5'4" adult and teen, but it would have been uncomfortable for two.
We did have minor exterior damage which we are working on a claim to take responsibility in repairs.
Overall this is our first Outdoorsy experience and we appreciate the opportunity to use the vehicle from this host.

Shannon & Alex were awesome. Responded to messages within hour or so, usually sooner. They were very accommodating for delivery and pickup. They didnthe complete setup and went over everything and made sure everything was working before they left. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Our family members rented from a camper sales and had issues with broken water heaters and roof leaks and didn't know until that night. Shannon & Alex left us feeling confident and comfortable with our weekend. The amenities and little extras made it that much better. 10 out of 10.
