It is the maximum weight of your vehicle with a trailer attached, plus the passenger and cargo load weight together. EXAMPLE: Truck Weight 3000lb + Trailer Weight 3500lb+ Passenger Weight 300lb + Cargo weight 300lb = 7100lb GCWR
