Welcome to Falkor! (Named after the dog in The Neverending Story.) This van was custom built by me in the spring of 2020 and was my home for nearly two years. Now that I have wooden walls here in Jackson, I am lending out my wheels on home to fellow adventurers like myself. Falkor comes equipped with all the things that make life easier on the open road like a fully stocked kitchen for two, drinking water, a foot pump operated sink, a two burner propane stove, a carbon dioxide detector and fire extinguisher, 200w of solar power, multiple electrical outlets and lighting options, a dog bowl/bed if you need it for your small-medium sized pet, all the bedding you'll need for a comfy night's sleep for persons under 6 feet tall, towels if you need them, tons of storage space, camping chairs, and a cooler with ice blocks to keep things cool while you play outside. Falkor was custom built by me and I love it dearly! I hope you will, too! RecommendationsWhen you arrive in Wyoming and find transportation to the rodeo grounds arena in central Jackson, I will have a map outlining the best places to take the van for exploration and for overnight camping. If you plan to stay in either Grand Teton or Yellowstone National Parks, you must reserve a camping spot to park the van on your own. There is no overnight camping allowed in parking areas or on the side of the road. The park service is very strict with this and will issue a citation if unheeded. If you don't mind staying out of the parks, there are plenty of forest service roads you can access to park the van. There are certain roads and areas that are off limits for the van due to road conditions. Those areas will also be highlighted on the map, but don't worry, there are ample places to explore without breaking an axle on a deeply rutted road. Other things to noteTHE VAN CAN ONLY BE RENTED WEDNESDAYS THROUGH SATURDAYS. (Sorry, but my work schedule prohibits days beyond this.) The van is my second home and something I use for my personal enjoyment each week. Please treat it respectfully. Pick up times for the van are anytime between 8am and 2pm. Drop off times are anytime before 2pm. I have a nighttime job that only allows me these time slots in order to hand over the keys. Drop off and pick up are both at the rodeo grounds arena area. Thank you for looking!!

Hi, I am Anjelica and I am an avid road tripping adventure traveler. My dog Gertie and I hit the road in my self-built Ram Promaster as often as we can in order to enjoy the beauty of the open road and to get outside. We both love hiking, backpacking, mountain biking, climbing, stand up paddle boarding, rafting and cooking food out in the middle of nowhere! Gertie is not as good a climber as myself, but she keeps an eye on me as most faithful companions do. Thanks for reading!
