• No Smoking: Smoking or vaping of any kind (tobacco, marijuana, e-cigarettes) is strictly prohibited inside the vehicle. A deep-cleaning fee of $300 will be charged to your security deposit if any smoke odor or residue is detected upon return.
• No Off-Roading: Driving on rough, unpaved terrain, 4x4 trails, or non-maintained roads is strictly forbidden. The Caravan is perfect for paved highways, scenic drives (like Going-to-the-Sun Road), and well-maintained gravel campground roads.
• Fuel Policy (Like-for-Like): The vehicle will be delivered to you with a full tank of gas. Please return it completely full. If the vehicle is returned with less fuel, you will be charged for the cost of the missing gas plus a $25 refueling fee.
• Return Condition & Cleaning: While a standard cleaning fee is included in your booking for sanitizing and washing linens, you are responsible for returning the van in a respectful condition. Please remove all trash and wash any used kitchen utensils/pots before check-out.
