35' ToyHauler, Drop offs and pick ups only. A fee of $50 allows 50km anything over 50km is a .50c km fee within 100km . The RV has a build in generator that runs on gasoline, the fuel for the generator runs off a built in fuel tank which holds 30 gallons. On delivery the fuel tank will be filled and the cost of fuel will be deducted from your security deposit. There are 3 , 30 lbs propane tanks, for each tank used there will be a $30 charge for refill . We believe that pets are family and should not be left behind, the only rules for pets in the RV, they must be house broken and are not allowed to sleep on couches and beds, please bring a dog bed. Rv comes with a Propane fire pit, lawn chairs. The RV has all bed linen and metal utensils , but please feel free to bring what every you need. I would appreciate if the RV was cleaned prior to me picking up and all dishes cleaned and put away , they will still be washed in home dishwasher to ensure utensils will be sterile and ready for next family, and all linen with be washed and dried from home washer and dryers. I understand that sometimes little things happen and things don't always work or get broken, please advise me if something needs repairing. Hello, love camping and so does my Black Lab, so if you are and animal lover and feel your pet is also a family member, please take your family member camping with you, i only ask you be respectful and make sure your dog is house broken and don't allow him/her to sleep on couch or bed. Being a pet owner as well and believing a pet is part of the family, i have a black lab and he camps with us everywhere we go, so i understand the importance of having them with you. I don't allow my Lab to sleep on the beds or couch, so if you bring your dog there are 2 rules, please make sure they are house broken and bring him/her a dog bed to sleep on.
