1 month (30 nights) - 20% discount*While the front aluminum panel has some small dents as a result of a Lake Powell hail storm during the stay of one of our renters, there is absolutely no damage to the working order of the trailer. It has been thoroughly checked out by a certified mechanic and deemed road-worthy and water tight. We do offer the trailer at a low rate of $95 due to the minor cosmetic marring, but trust us, it will not affect any aspect of the workings of the trailer or your stay. It has housed many a happy family since the notorious hail storm and we would love to host you for your work, play or staycation! What's includedFULLY STOCKED! - Best Friends Animal SocietyOther things to noteOur trailer is great for families, but it has also been used by those taking advantage of remote work. We've had remote workers book for a week and enjoy the pristine scenery Southern Utah has to offer. They book an RV park with free WiFi, we deliver and set up, they work/play for a week, we pick up and clean up. Win/Win for all!

4Levi was great to work with. He responded quickly to every inquiry and was very helpful. He delivered and picked up the RV to our site. His RV is perfect for young families ready for a fun camping experience.

4The owner was great! He brought the RV to our campsite and had it all set up before we even arrived. Then all we had to do was leave. He took it all down. Very responsive to any questions. Only thing I think can be improved is there is something not quite right with the heater and the septic. The heater was very loud and didn’t want to come on unless we cranked it all the way up to 85 or 86 and there is no way it was over 85 in the RV. The septic was fine until about mid week when we tried to drain it. One of the hoses is way longer than the other so it was causing a backup and once that happened we could not get rid of the sulfur smell which almost made it inhabitable. It was close to the end of our trip so we just opened windows and let it be. I did inform the owner of these potential issues so they could be fixed before the next rental.

4Great experience! Trailer was as described and full of amenities and extras. Levi made a point of showing us the ropes and everything worked well although the door was difficult for me to open. We were a little concerned about the movement during heavy winds in Kanab, but that's probably because we're trailer newbies.

Frequently asked questions
Q.
What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
We can be relatively flexible, depending on the day. We do have busy lives with 3 kids, but can usually work with renters for the most part. :)
Q.
What type of vehicle will I need if I want to haul the trailer myself?
A.
The trailer is quite long and heavy. You will need a 3/4 ton pickup truck or at least a 1/2 ton pickup truck with an upgraded towing package. The area around Kanab has a lot of hills you have to pull and the larger transmission of those vehicles are needed to safely pull the trailer.
Q.
Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the RV easily?
A.
Yes, we have a binder full of how to pictures and instructions from initial set up to daily maintenance, to hookup and hauling instructions. It also has a list of amenities in the Kanab area, hiking maps, etc. We can also send you a digital version of this welcome book prior to your arrive if you wish.
Q.
How do I know if I need a generator?
A.
If you are staying at an RV park you may not need a generator. If you are dry camping, aka boondocking (out in the hills or in a campground with NO power hook ups.) You will need the generator to run certain things inside the trailer and to charge the batteries. We can rent you a generator to use for an additional cost if needed. It is a remote start and super easy to use, so you don't even have to go outside to start and stop it. Great for cold mornings!
