The communications were good throughout the process, Erika responded quickly to my questions. We were on the road during both the delivery and pickup, so Erika worked with my sister, who was on site. The positives: The bed is pretty comfortable. All the fixtures and appliances worked well except for the bathroom fan, which made a horrific noise, seemingly due to a bent fan bracket. The RV was pretty clean, unlike some I have rented in the past. The negatives: There were three plug in air fresheners, which is a problem because I have asthma. We just unplugged them, but the strong smell lasted about 5 days. When that finally faded, I smelled nothing bad, so they were certainly not needed. Also the bedsheets and comforter had been laundered with a heavily perfumed soap. For the most part I was able to tolerate it as long as we didn't move the sheets around too much. The RV showed signs of abuse, I'm assuming at the hands of disrespectful renters. It's only 3 years old from what I recall, but the inside looks like a 10-15 year old camper, I wouldn't expect them to replace wall panels and cabinets because of cosmetic issues, but the owner could have at least replaced the broken and damaged blinds. Just be advised it's not beautiful inside.

Erika was fantastic to work with, she was very attentive, answered all my questions patiently and went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. The RV is clean, had everything we needed, and very comfortable! Thanks for making this a great trip!

During our stay, our host was very communicative and walked us through how to operate the camper. Wonderful amenities and very comfortable. Make sure to bring extra blankets for your guests, the listing does not state having blankets. There was a sleeping bag and pillow provided. We had an awesome trip and the camper was perfect for us. We will definitely do this again soon.
