Let us send you off on your next adventure. The RV comfortably sleeps 6 people. There is a twin bed above the cockpit, the sofa drops into a bed, the table folds down to sleep 1 comfortably or 2 littles, and there is an incredibly comfortable new queen mattress in the back. The kitchen is fully equipped with a sink, stove, Keurig, toaster, refrigerator, and a microware/oven. Cooking and dining utensils are provided. We ask that you bring your own bedding, towels, food of course, and any specialty cookware you might need. The decent sized shower and door that separates the unit provides for a nice space to clean up. There is a ton of storage with a large pantry and closet in the main bedroom, upper cabinet storage and several open compartments under the motorhome. We have also included an outdoor rug, 4 camping chairs, and a screened in tent to eat with your family without pesky bugs interfering with dinner. Basically you can grab your personal belongings and look forward to a wonderful camping experience.Maverick is a 98 Georgie Boy although Do NOT let the age fool you. Our Maverick has only 50K miles and has recently been upgraded so that you can enjoy camping in style. Flooring has recently been replaced with new easy to clean vinyl. And all upholstery has been updated and trendy backslashes added to kitchen and bathroom.* note deposit may be increased to cover expected mileage overage charges *

___ Experience driving either RVs, travel trailers, or other large vehicle is much preferred - test driving and approval in advance if not
___ Maximum occupancy is 6
___ No off-road or out-of-campground camping or driving. Prefer no boondocking.
___ Drivers: must be at least 25 years old and must be listed on the contract when you pick up the unit. NO EXCEPTIONS
___ Damage: you are responsible for any damage to the motorhome during your rental. If damage occurs, please inform us immediately so that we may begin the insurance claim process.
___ Awnings: We discourage the usage of the exterior awnings. This is for your protection because they are $1200 to replace and can be damaged very easily due to weather or accidental misuse. Awnings ARE NOT COVERED by insurance. Damage to awnings, including damage while driving (tree, toll road, etc.) are 100% your responsibility and could exceed your security/damage deposit amount.
___ Tires: you are responsible for repair or replacement of tires if necessary, during your rental.
___ Speed: We ask that you take it easy on the old guy and do not exceed 75 or the posted speed limit. Maverick runs best at 65 and will give you the best gas mileage too at that speed.
___ GPS: Maverick is equipped with an onboard GPS system that helps us keep track of his location and speed. Again we ask that you do not exceed our speed requests and we will contact you if we receive an alert showing excess speed. This is for your safety and to protect our beloved Maverick. Tampering with the GPS transmitter is also recorded by the unit and sent to the server online, and will result in a forfeiture of the entire security deposit.
___ Cleaning: if Maverick is returned significantly dirty (interior or exterior), a $100 cleaning fee will be taken from your security deposit. Please do your best to return him in the same condition you receive him! (linens do not need to be washed – I will sanitize everything after deliver)
___ Odors/Cooking: We ask that you are considerate and respectful of our motorhome when cooking and refrain from cooking anything with strong odors that would leave a lingering smell.
___ Smoking: smoking is not permitted inside the motorhome. Smoking inside will result in the forfeiture of your security deposit and may incur additional fees.
___ Pets: pets are not allowed in Maverick without prior written approval. A pet fee may be charged in addition to your rental fee.
___ Towing: We do not allow towing anything with our units. All units are equipped with a Class 3 hitch and we do allow accessories like bike racks, hitch mounted BBQ pits, etc. however you must bring the hitch accessory with you for pickup and it will be locked on. Sorry – no exceptions to locking on your accessories because some customers have lied about using an accessory so they could tow something.
___ Toll Roads, Red Light Cameras, parking tickets, etc.: Parking Tickets, Mailed Violations, and Toll invoices are a major burden and we charge a $75 fee for each invoice we get. Responsibility for traffic or parking violations will be transferred to you and you will be charged a $75 administration fee. If you want to use Toll Roads, you are free to pay at the plazas or bring your own toll tags, just make sure no invoices or toll by plate, etc. mail comes our way or the $75 administration fee will apply!
Note: Most toll agencies are good to work with and will help you out if a mistake and call them right away.
___ Wastewater: Waste holding tanks must be emptied prior to return & valves left OPEN.
When you return the unit, we will close the valves which is our way of making sure the tanks are
empty. Putting anything other than human waste or RV toilet paper (supplied) in the toilets will result in an extra cleaning fee. If you don’t want to do this yourself, you can pre-pay a dumping fee. A $100 dumping fee will be taken from your security deposit if the tanks are not emptied prior to return.
___ Fuel: the gas tank must be returned at the same level you received Maverick. A $50 fee plus the cost of fuel will be taken from your security deposit if fueling is required. You are not required to refill the propane tank.
___ Mileage overages: 125 miles per day is included in your rental. All additional mileage will be billed at $0.55/mile. Note that the odometer is in miles.
___ Generator usage: 4 hours/day of generator use is included in your rental. All additional hours will be billed at $4/hr. RV generators are for running the central a/c and temporary power while traveling. These are not “constant run” generators and are not designed or allowed to be used as primary power while you are camping by running them constantly for extended periods of time. If you desire air conditioning you need to use a campsite with RV electrical available to plug into. Customers are forbidden from running the generator overnight while sleeping in the unit due to the possibility of carbon monoxide getting into the unit while you are asleep – a deadly hazard.
___ Key Replacement: $50 will be charged if all Keys are not returned.
Late fees: you agree to return Maverick by the time specified in your rental contract. If you return late, you will be charged according to Outdoorsy’s late fee policy.
