Review summary
Responsive but inconsistent preparation
Mandi often responds quickly and is accommodating. However, one trip noted critical fluids low, vital rules (toilet) were communicated late with inadequate supplies, and some features (steps, awning, shower) were unusable.
Reliable driving, mixed condition
Many found it drove well and was easy to use, even for families. However, several noted significant maintenance issues like low fluids, broken steps/awning/shower, uncomfortable beds, and a faulty fridge.

1.0The host left the vehicle with no coolant, down a quart of oil, and no windshield wiper fluid The gas tank was 1/2 full, so thats how i returned it Not cool for going over a mountain pass We found out the day before the trip they were unable to meet and do the walk around, so at that time we found out about the toilot rules...no toilet paper down the toilet Soiled paper to go in the garbage, yuk! They left us with 2 garbage bags for poopy garbage for 5 days and no toilet paper...i wish i knew about that sooner

5.0Michael and his wife were great hosts. Easy to communicate with. Trailer was ready when they said it would be. They even met us on the west side of Kelowna as it was more convenient for us. Everything worked in the trailer, no problems.

3.0The host was very pleasant and helpful! I felt more necessary things should have been supplied, like dish soap and tea towels, more pots with lids and a kettle to boil water in would have been easier.
