*NO PETS - Specific older under 2019 units allowed smaller dog only in crates, with $75 Pet Fee (NO CATS) ($500 min Fee)
*NO AWNING USE* without additional deposit and Must abide by awning use rules with extra $1000 Awning Damage Deposit and AD-ON fee to accept use regulations. Will forfeit damage deposit with unauthorized use.
MUST PUT AWNING AWAY WHEN WINDY. HEAVY RAIN, AT NIGHT AND IF AWAY FROM UNIT.
*Clean wipe fees are minimal fee for just a wipe check through, any dirty unit is $75/hr. non cleaned fridge & toilet is billed. $75
*Sani dumps are $50 basic or min $75 if flush needed from solid waste overload.. Use 4-5 buckets of water to help flush out.
DO NOT PUT FOOD OR ANY PAPER TOWELS, WIPES OR OTHER WASTES INTO TOILET or SINKS. USE 1-PLY TOILET PAPER ONLY. ($100 min fee if flush required)
*Self tow has MAX TOW TRAVEL SPEED 90KPH
