Lupe was unbelievably accommodating to our drop-off / pick-up times and really quick to respond to my messages. All that has to be said with a grain of salt as there were some issues with the rental. Some of the dishes provided (which is greatly appreciated) we're slightly dirty with old food. The pop out was full of dry leaves / berries, so when you pulled it in for hauling, it got the inside all dirty. That wasn't too bad, but the worst thing by far would've been that the black tank was full when picked it up. Being first-time renters, we didn't know to check it when we picked it up. Besides that, the trailer was great for the price we paid. Would definitely rent from Lupe again.

Everything was as represented, owner was very helpful hooking up and sharing trailering tips in a very friendly manner.

The CO monitor went off 2 nights in a row so I had to cut my trip short. I returned the trailer early and the owner indicated he would give me a refund and show the trailer returned but he didn't.
