We also have additional camping supplies and other items available to rent for an additional fee.Celebrating Something Special?Planning a birthday, anniversary, romantic getaway, family celebration, or another special occasion? Let us know! We would love to help make your trip even more memorable.Need movies, games, outdoor activities, camping supplies, or something else? There is a good chance we have it—just ask! Delivery and campsite setup are not available.AGE AND Towing RequirementsThe primary renter must be at least 25 years old. Anyone wishing to tow must meet all Outdoorsy driver-verification requirements, have experience towing a travel trailer, provide an appropriately rated tow vehicle with compatible towing equipment, and receive our approval before pickup.Approval to rent The Lucky Penny does not automatically include approval to tow, but we are happy to discuss your vehicle, towing equipment, experience, and travel plans with you.Unlimited MileageThe Lucky Penny includes unlimited mileage for approved trips. Please provide your destination and campground information when requesting your reservation.Pets - Dogs welcome
We understand that dogs are part of the family, so approved dogs are welcome on a case-by-case basis. A standard nonrefundable pet fee of $50 per dog will apply, with up to two dogs considered. We would love to help you think of little ways to make your adventure more memorable. Some optional items may require an additional rental fee, and all requests are subject to availability.A FEW Important RemindersThe Lucky Penny is a smoke-free and vape-free camper. Smoking or vaping inside the camper is not permitted, and a $250 cleaning fee will apply if this policy is violated.The black-water and gray-water tanks must be completely emptied before the camper is returned. If either tank is returned with waste or wastewater remaining, a $150 dumping fee will be charged.Please treat The Lucky Penny with the same care and respect you would give your own home. Our camper is very special to us, and we want every guest to receive it clean, comfortable, and ready to enjoy.Before pickup, we will review the camper, towing connections, important operating instructions, tank-emptying requirements, and return expectations with you. Renters must provide their destination, campground information, and travel dates before approval. Longer-distance, multiple-destination, and out-of-state trips may require additional review. We would love to help you think of little ways to make your adventure more memorable. Some optional items may require an additional rental fee, and all requests are subject to availability.A FEW Important RemindersThe Lucky Penny is a smoke-free and vape-free camper. Smoking or vaping inside the camper is not permitted, and a $250 cleaning fee will apply if this policy is violated.The black-water and gray-water tanks must be completely emptied before the camper is returned. If either tank is returned with waste or wastewater remaining, a $150 dumping fee will be charged.Please treat The Lucky Penny with the same care and respect you would give your own home. Our camper is very special to us, and we want every guest to receive it clean, comfortable, and ready to enjoy.Before pickup, we will review the camper, towing connections, important operating instructions, tank-emptying requirements, and return expectations with you. We want your stay to be fun and memorable! The Lucky Penny is our family camper, so please treat her with care.
• Smoking/Vaping: None inside. Please do so a safe distance away. No illegal drug use.
• Towing: Requires prior owner approval based on experience, tow vehicle, equipment, and Outdoorsy requirements. Rental approval does not guarantee towing approval.
• RV Plumbing: Use RV-safe toilet paper only. Never flush wipes, paper towels, feminine products, grease, food, or other items.
• Holding Tanks: Monitor black and gray tanks and never allow them to overflow. At full hookups, keep the black valve closed until dumping. Without sewer hookups, guests must arrange and pay for pump-out service. We do not provide mid-stay service.
• Return: Tanks must be emptied and the black tank flushed. Otherwise, a $150 dump/sanitation fee will apply. Clogs, overflows, excessive sanitation, or damage may result in additional charges.
• Awning: Retract during rain, storms, high winds, and whenever the campsite is unattended.
• Damage: Report spills, leaks, damage, or problems immediately. Do not attempt repairs without contacting us.
• Before Towing: We will review a departure checklist with you. Retract the awning and slide-out, disconnect utilities, raise stabilizers, strap the TV, secure the pantry, latch all interior and exterior doors, and store loose items safely.
• Return Condition: Please return The Lucky Penny reasonably clean and in the condition received. Excessive cleaning, missing items, or damage may result in additional charges.
• Guests: Registered overnight guests only. Maximum occupancy is four.

We’re happy to work with you on delivery, pickup, and return times whenever our schedule allows! Times are arranged in advance based on your campground check-in/check-out times, travel distance, and our availability. For delivered rentals, the renter must be present for both setup and pickup inspections. Approved towing guests will coordinate pickup and return times with us before their trip. Have a special timing request? Just ask—we’ll do our best to accommodate you!

The Lucky Penny is a 29' travel trailer with a slide-out, so please reserve a site that can comfortably accommodate the camper and slide. Check the site size and available hookups before booking. Full hookups are ideal for longer stays, but water/electric sites are welcome too. Please send us your campground, site number, and hookups before delivery.

What if my campsite doesn't have a sewer hookup?

No sewer hookup? No problem! Guests are responsible for monitoring the black and gray tanks and making sure they do not become full or overflow. For longer stays, please check with the campground in advance for mobile pump-out or waste services. Any mid-stay service must be arranged and paid for by the guest.
