How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?

A.

You want to take a look at the pedestal to determine if you will need the 50A-30A adapter. If not, you plug your Surge protector into the pedestal, then the RV plug into the surge protector For Sewage, you want to make sure your black tank is open, but your grey tank is closed. Always keep a little water in the toilet bowl to help prevent sewer odors. For water, you want to plug your water hose into the City port on your RV for water at the campground. Always use the water pressure regulator.

My RV fridge is not cooling, what can I do?

A.

If you just plugged your rig in and it is hot outside, please give your fridge a minimum of 4 hours to start cooling. They start by cooling the freezer first and then the bottom. Check your thermistor. The little slider in the bottom of the fridge on the fins. Make sure the probe inside the slider is all the way at the top, and that the slider is at the top of the fin. This tells the fridge when to come on and start cooling; the higher the slider, the colder it will be.

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

I am super flexible about guests picking up and dropping off their RV. Pickups are set for 9 am and drop-offs are set for 5 pm, but if those times won't work, feel free to message me so we can work out different times
