All walls thru out are light in colour. With faux leather furniture this space make for an easy clean up. Kitchen has a full size fridge, stove and microwave and all the space you need to store any extra during your travels. It also includes 2 pantries for any extras, we can't forget about the dinette. This dinette has 2 bench seats with a full table. An added bonus would be a full 3 piece bathroom. A spacious stand up shower with storage space. It also has a medicine cabinet and towel closet with a sunroof and a vent system installed. The lounge area can be access thru the full size patio doors, it includes a sofa couch and a comfortable sectional for days when u just want to lay around and relax or sit with some friends. We have created a warm atmosphere with a live edge coffee table. 42 in TV, above an elegant electric fireplace. You can choose to heat the trailer or just some embiance. I hope whoever rents the trailor enjoys themselves immensely. please please keep an eye on the rules. If there's smoking of anything in the trailor or the pets are not house trained I'm going to have to be the bad guy and put extra charges on you(nobody wants that) so please keep it fun, keep it clean...Oh and by the way the gray water tank sewage tank all have to be emptied and bleached (just dump 1/4 bottle of bleach down the toilet and a 1/4 bottle down the kitchen sink. The bleach is provided.

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

If your asking how flexable I'll be with the timing upon returns and pickups, I could go plus/minus 1 and a half hrs. either way...

What are the tanks I'm suppose to empty prior to returning?
A.
The GRAY and BLACK water tanks...The gray tank is all the water you've used like dishes, and showers, inside outside showers and any running water... The black tank is the toilet...(sewage) whether you've used it once or multiple times it must be emptied and bleached prior to returning the RV.

Hooking up the RV to my truck looked complicated what if I don't remember how when I get to the site?
A.
Not to worry...inside the RV in a blue zippered bag you'll find paperwork explaining in detail the proper procedure. Just be sure to place all the cotterpins back into there proper holes in the bars.

Where do I find the sewage lines?
A.
You will find two ten foot sewage lines inside the rear bumper of the RV. Just remove the rubber ends from either end of the bumper and carefully pull them out...one from each end.
