Frequently asked questions
Q.
What are the van dimensions?
A.
The van is 9.5 ft tall x 7.67 ft wide x 19.75 ft long. Please make sure you book campsites that can fit at least a 20 ft vehicle (some campsites are smaller) and you keep this in mind when planning your route as some roads or tunnels also have vehicle size restrictions.
Q.
We're tall - how long is the bed?
A.
The bed is positioned width-wise in the van. It is 6'1'' or 73 inches from wall to wall.
Q.
What time can I pick up or drop off the van?
A.
Pick-up & drop-off must occur during daylight hours and be pre-arranged as I'll need to block off time in my work calendar. Please let me know when requesting what times you prefer for pick-up and drop-off. Expect pick-up to take about 45 minutes to test drive and do a walk through of how to use the van, and the drop-off to take about 15 minutes for a walk through.
