No off roading on rugged terrain. Just a disclaimer: The generator is very low and could be damaged, this is not a AWD intended for offroading. Cleared grass or gravel is okay as long as there is no mud to get stuck in and no large objects that will hit the bottom. Bring or rent a bike if you want to go offroading. We have a bike rack.Awning:

Temperature must be at 40 degrees or higher at all times. Tank heaters must be turn on during low temperatures as well. The pipes will burst if they freeze.Smoking:

5The owner was very helpful, especially after we got to the camp site. As first time campers, we texted several times for help setting up, and Tim was available and patient with his instructions. We had a real nice time at the Outer Banks of North Carolina at the KOA. Set up and tear down was easy. The van was very easy to drive and ample for three of us - my boy, 10 years old loved the pop-up bunk.

Being our first rental, our expectations were very uncertain, but Tim made sure we were comfortable and knowledgeable of every step of the process. His how to video is thorough and extremely helpful, making this trip low stress and we were able to just enjoy ourselves and not worry about a thing.
