Cosmetically, the RV looks good, roomy enough for our family of 4. It had likely been sitting for a while. We found dead flies all around. Recommendation to host would be to do a quick clean day before pickup. There was no water pressure regulator that we could find. So, need to be careful flushing the toilet because water splashed out onto floor the first two times before we learned some techniques to help stop this. Was also told by campground staff that lack of regulator can potentially cause damage to plumbing.
I would not recommend you rent this camper if you are not familiar with towing and how campers work. The pickup location is a little difficult to maneuver. Narrow road flanked by mailboxes and ditch with minimal guidance from owner. My husband talked with the owner before we left and said there was no information provided about the camper, walk through, how things work, etc. We've rented a few times before from other people, and these are things that were done. Good response/communication through app but not knowledgable about camper.
We camped with friends that own their campers, and they helped us get setup, showed us how some things work, like getting water heater on. We brought disposable plates and utensils and did our cooking at friend's camper, so I didn't look too much into cabinets. Did see some reusable cups, plates, utensils, cutting board, coffee maker in cabinet. If you are planning on bringing a grill, etc., I think you will need to bring a lot of supplies with. Would ask owner about specifics of what's provided in terms of this. Two rolls of toilet paper and sanitizing wipes were provided, and there is a broom in there.

The RV was very nice but needed a little work. The host was very responsive but needs to learn a little more about his camper. Everything was fine for the most part and he did offer a partial refund for a few of the issues.

Camper was easy to pull and worked for our needs. It was not stocked very well. You will need to pack your own cookware and utensils. It only had 2 bath towels and one dish towel. Again, it met our needs and we enjoyed our trip.
