5This was my first time using Outdoorsy. So to say I was worried was an understatement. But I was 100% Happy!!! Communication was 100% The RV was as described!!! Very happy with the rental and I would use him again and recommend him!!!

5RV was very clean and ran well. As first-time RV renters, our RV host, Matthew, was extremely helpful in answering our daily questions on operating the RV under various conditions. The Outdoorsy app was also easy to use and helped us find the RV we were looking for.

5Matt was great from the start. Great communicator. Great teacher! It was our first time using an RV to travel, and he gave us a great understanding of what to expect. The RV was beautiful, and we had no issues on our trip.

2Overall we were disappointed with our experience. We were very excited to rent the RV, but leading up to and upon delivery of the vehicle we learned that several items on the vehicle were non-operational. The vehicle had exterior damage from the previous renter which could not be repaired in time. In addition, the stereo was broken and completely non-operational and the front slide out was completely non-operational. The owner told us the fact that the front slide-out wasn't working had been disclosed, but it had not. In fact, he even suggested to me in our initial communications that we could use the front slide out for additional sleeping space. Once we left on our trip, the brand new refrigerator completely stopped working which caused some of our food to go bad. After further inspection by my husband, we learned that the outlet had stopped working and we then purchased an extension cord to plug the refrigerator into a different outlet. We had to run the cord through the drawer which then wouldn't stay closed as we were driving. All in all, the trip was great, but the RV was not. We would love to do another RV trip in the future, but will definitely not rent this one again.
