Host is not great at communicating, I tried to communicate and plan what size ball I needed and pickup time for over a week leading to the trip and they didn’t reply until the day of the trip saying they wouldn’t be available to pick up the trailer until after 5:30pm even though the listing said 3pm or you can pay extra for earlier than 3pm. They charged a significant cleaning fee, the trailer had trash in several drawers, and almost every surface had food or something that needed to be wiped clean off of it. The bed smelled very strong of wet dog even though we brought our own sheets and tried to cover the mattress, I had awful allergies and we had to spend the first entire day cleaning the trailer wiping every wall and surface and open the windows to air it out. Upon arrival yo return the trailer the host was not home, and not replying to the message and I was forced to wait for an hour until outdoorsy told me to just leave the trailer and keys there and document photos of it as is. Would not recommend renting from this host unfortunately.
