5.0Joe was incredible. He messaged me 5 minutes after I requested the booking and was very responsive whenever I had a question. Everything went super smooth. I really appreciated how flexible he was with the drop-off/pick-up times! On the day that I left I asked if I could check out 2 hours later than originally intended and despite the fact that he was already on his way to me he said "no worries at all, I'll go for a swim in the spring so take your time". the RV was exactly as i hoped & expected it to be. 10/10 experience and will absolutely book with him again in the future.
