1The owners seemed honest at the beginning, although the camper was in a poor state and dirty. We thought we would give it a shot. Who would have known this was going to be THE CAMPING TRIP TO HELL! None of the inspections the owner checked off were true: - A tire blew up within a couple of hours of picking up the camper. When called, the owner claimed it was our fault or made it sound that way. - A bracket fell off during the trip and made the camper unsafe to drive. We had to return early from the camping trip. The owner still claims it's our fault! - The camper was dirty, full of ticks in a bunk bed. Some of the amenities were not present, and the camper description was misleading: - 4 camping chairs were not there; we could not find them. - Compare the owner's description to the Google search of the 2022 Dutchmen Aspen Trail LE 25BH. - No USB cords, or none that we could find. The camper was damaged prior to pickup: - Massive side damage was done when we picked up - the owner acknowledged that at pickup. - Leveling feet in the back were completely damaged - the owner acknowledged that at pickup (one of the few honest moves from the owner). Plus, you'll get: - A full gasoline smell on your queen bed because the owner likes to store the generator right below it! - A fantastic mess of things the owner loves to store and pass on to its renters in the camper, making your storage space almost non-existent! We returned the camper due to unsafe conditions a day and a half before; the owner didn't want to refund the day and a half. The owners were quite defensive and hostile. I uploaded pictures; apparently, the owner still claims that she had to do a deep cleaning on the camper even though we thoroughly cleaned it. This is part of the reason why she would not refund the remainder of the days we have not used the camper. I WOULD NOT RENT THIS CAMPER EVER AGAIN!

5We had a great trip and the trailer was perfect! Our hosts were very friendly and helpful, walking us through the details of the trailer. It was stocked with just about everything we needed, The trailer is like new and even though it didn't have slide outs, my wife and I never felt we didn't have enough space. I will definitely rent this trailer again!

We try our very best to work around the schedule of the renter, we do not have a specific time you need to pick up or drop off by. If you want to sped an extra hour or two at your site, just let us know you will be getting back a little later than expected.
