We recommend bringing extra water and/or containers for sustained boondocking. What's includedWe probably have everything you might need, just let us know what you want! Chairs, cookware, utensils, camping table, marshmallow roasting sticks, french press, kettle, moral support, sleeping bags, blankets, other stuff. RecommendationsThis beauty is meant for boondocking and exploring the wilderness. Take her up to Mt. Hood, the coast, or way out to Steens Mountain. Maybe enjoy the desert, get a view of the ocean when you wake up in the morning. Just please, don't put her in a RV park, her soul will die. (well, it's okay for a night or two).Other things to noteDogs are welcome but must be well behaved (no chewing on stuff), no smoking (anything), no festivals or tailgating. Please bring her back clean.

Offer comprehensive guidance and support
Kate and Justin provide detailed demos, quick communication, and flexible pickup/return. They offer patient assistance for first-time towers and equip the camper with extra essentials.
Easy to tow and rugged
The Basecamp 20X is easily towed, even by a Rivian R1T. It's rugged for gravel roads, solid, clean, and well-equipped with amenities, providing excellent insulation in cold weather.

5.0Justin was amazing! So helpful in showing us everything on the airstream and answering our questions. Airstream was comfortable, clean, well stocked and just as pictured. Highly recommend!

5.0The BasecampX was a great option for our trip to Owyhee Canyon. The trailer had everything we needed, and was rugged enough for some tough gravel roads. Kate and Justin were great, offering an easy pickup and return to fit our schedule.

5.0The Basecamp was beyond what we expected. Kate and Justin provided so many extra camping items throughout the camper that I wouldn’t have normally have thought to bring. Their communication was excellent and seemed available if we had any issues which we had none. I would definitely recommend this camper to anyone looking.

5.0Great camper, great host, great trip! We drove this Basecamp with a Subaru Ascent down to Santa Barbara area in December 2024. Went through some fairly serious weather along the OR/CA coast. Went across the Golden Gate. Once inside, the camper is solid and you don’t know that the surf is tearing apart the coast and the wind is blowing trees over. Camper is clean and everything works. Justin gave a great demo of everything and I was confident leaving Portland. Overall a great experience.
