5.0We had such a wonderful time with Gracie! Pick up and drop off are super easy. The van is a dream to drive! The bed is super comfortable and the space allows for easy food prep and cooking as well. We used the Starlink for work for a few days and had no issues--even in very remote areas! Plus, Mark & Genét were super responsive with all of our questions. I highly recommend renting Gracie if you are considering exploring van life in the Pacific Northwest.

5.0We had a great experience with the RAM Solis RV van. Everything went smoothly from check-in to pickup at the airport. The host was very responsive and replied right away whenever we had questions or needed assistance. The van was exactly as described, and the check-out process was quick and easy. Highly recommended!

4.0It was a no contact pickup and drop off, but there was an informative video tutorial sent out beforehand. We felt prepared for our journey but as it happens, there was a mishap with a latch on the outside of the van. We were able to repair the best we could so that we could empty our cassette and bought supplemental parts since it happened at the beginning of our trip. The host was very gracious during all of this and made everything as easy for us as possible. The trip was saved and we miss the van life already!
