Please don't climb on the roof of the motor home unless it's absolutely necessary. Please no smoking inside the motorhome. Please no pets, unless he/she is a registered support animal. I will need to charge an additional $40.00 for deep cleaning. Please don't speed. Drive responsibly and follow all laws & rules of the road. Please no towing unless previously discussed. RV REQUIREMENTS: Must be returned with full a tank of fuel. Must be returned with full tank of propane. Interior and Exterior must be clean and in condition it left in. No smoking, vaping or illegal drugs. NO TOWING of any kind. Maximum allowed speed is 65 miles an hour. Not allowed off road. No beach driving or other non-maintenance roads. Sorry, NOT available for Burning Man. ***Due to COVID19 we can no longer offer bedding. We will provide unopened plastic and paper products. Please be prepared to provide all of your own bedding aND towels.*** ***We are strict on the no smoking policy. If violated your deposit will not be returned.***
