It got plenty of compliments from the rest of our family that were staying in another RV as well. Sam was a pleasure to work with. He set up our RV and gave us a run through of how to operate it. I called him mid way through our trip with a question and he answered right away. I would definitely rent from Sam again. RV was clean and roomy.
