Ready to go!! This 31 ft Class A motorhome coach is a convenient way to go camping with all the amenities, and still under 20k miles on it! Two slide outs, for an extra spacious living area, queen bed (with very comfortable cooling gel mattress) in the rear of the coach, pullout sofa sleeper up front, and a dinette table that folds into another bed - great for smaller kids (or separating 2!). Comfortable to drive, and quick to setup once parked, with push-button hydraulic levelers, a 5000kw generator, (2) LCD flat screen TV's, both with DVR players w/ remotes, 1 in front room and also 1 in the back bedroom. Microwave / convection oven / stove, and 30/50 amp service. 2 AC units with individual thermostats and ducted roof vents for entire coach cooling, furnace / heater with ducting, shower and private bathroom. Hot water, shower, bathroom with own sink. Very comfortable coach, extremely well cared for, exterior awning pulls out for added shade outside. CD/Stereo inside as well. Additional Options: (1) camp mat, (1) collapsible camp trash can, camp chairs, (4) coffee cups, (4) cooking pots/pans, lots of free under-storage, and plenty of cupboards, cabinets, and drawers for all your clothes, and necessities that you decide to bring with you on your trip. Bicycle rack is also available for use if you need it.

I rent my 31' motorhome out to help others experience a nice camping environment, and to help subsidize the cost of owning it, since we also like to enjoy the coach for weekend getaways. Located in Lakeside, Ca., we are close to so many camping locations. We have beaches, mountains, and deserts to enjoy, all within 30 minutes, to 2 hours drive. Often times, the drive there and the experience is as enjoyable as the relaxing once there.
