This RV is very well equipped. The unit has many upgrades and has been very well maintained. The rear area of the unit is very universal and can be utilized not only for toys, but as a second bedroom for family and friends, a workspace, game night, or just extra storage.The RV has an 11 foot garage, two bathrooms and comfortably sleeps six (eight max). There is a master bedroom with king size bed, a loft (bunk), one queen size bunk and one convertible bed in the rear. Standard equipment would include a stove, refrigerator, microwave, electric fireplace, two AC units, heated holding tanks, and three slide outs. The 5500W generator, cell phone signal booster, and back-up camera, is sure to enhance your experience.This unit also includes a few classic board/card games and movies. This is a fantastic value, and I am confident you'll enjoy making memories with your friends and family just as we have done with ours!

There are many beautiful state parks across the state to enjoy outdoor recreation. The old mining towns of Black Hawk, Central City and Cripple Creek are fun places to visit. There is an abundance of KOA’s and other campgrounds to enjoy. We have enjoyed stays in Central City, Buena Vista, Royal Gorge, Colorado Springs, Estes Park, Redstone, and a host of other places. Other things to note* A request must be made for fuel in the auxiliary tank for any additional fuel needed. The tank can hold 30-gallons. An extra fuel charge @ $5.00 per gallon will apply and be charged to the deposit
* Generator usage hours are unlimited however, any additional fuel needed in addition to the first tank will be the responsibility of the renter
*Please make sure that you have a site between 50 and 60 feet long reserved prior to booking the RV. This length provides a little extra room for set up. Also please make sure there is enough room on any property to accommodate the unit, at least 20 feet wide and 50 feet long. There must be enough room to navigate and turn the unit around when a truck is attached to it.

5Kerry was a wonderful host. Very communicative and flexible. The 5th wheel was well equipped and clean. We had fun. I do have to say that prior to finding Kerry we tried 4 other trailers and hosts and although the trailers were listed as available all of the other hosts had some excuse as to why their trailers were not available for our trip. It was very frustrating and we almost gave up.

5Kerry's 5th wheel was just what we needed for our trip to the Grand Tetons in Wyoming. His camper pulled great behind our truck and everything worked great on the camper like it should. And the condition and cleanliness of the camper was like brand new. Definitely considering renting this camper again later this summer!
