Review summary
Highly responsive and helpful
Paul consistently provides quick communication, making the rental process easy. He is responsive, available for questions, and accommodating with pickup times, though one renter reported a lack of solutions for in-trip issues.
Smooth riding and well-kept
This 2025 Jayco Redhawk is new, clean, well-maintained, and offers a smooth ride with extras. While generally functional, one renter experienced critical issues: an empty water tank, a water leak from an open drain valve, and a non-retracting powered awning.
