-Pre/post inspection will be conducted with me the owner, and you the renter. You will keep an inspection sheet. The renter is liable for $45/hour repair fee plus parts. Normal wear and tear is considered, but this camper is in wonderful condition to start.
-Cleaning the camper will be the same as when it was picked up. Your belongings shall be removed, garbage taken out, swept and or vacuumed inside, counter tops wiped down. Shower, toilets and sinks cleaned. Propane refilled. NO Feminine Hygiene Products IN Toilet. Additional $150 cleaning fee if not accomplished prior to pick up.
