Top Quality: Winnie for the family, bunk beds

Our experience was subpar and considering what we paid for a weekend of camping many things on the RV did not operate correctly and were not even explained upon pick up. -the DVD/TV player would not work. The host even commented that the last renters unplugged the cords and she wasn't sure where they went so we would need to play around with them. This is something that should have been fixed prior to pick up and fulling demoed on pick up. The Bluetooth accessories up front would not connect so we could not use our phones through the speakers. The host even tested it upon return and couldn't get her phone to connect either. We also couldn't charge our phone because the cigarette outlets didn't not work. It was suggested that we plug into the outlet in the back. But we couldn't do that because we needed our phones for directions. The water hook up was not demoed upon pick up and so we couldn't use the facilities once there. She knew we were going to a place without hook up. And upon return they claimed the tank was full and needed emptied and charged us over $127 to empty what we could have emptied for $10! So you better believe if we had used the tank we would have emptied it. Unfortunately my husband failed to get a picture at the end showing it was empty so we have no recourse there. The leveling device on the RV was disabled because they didn't want people breaking it. Which was not shared with me on pick up. And we were then expected to level this massive RV with two ramps. Anyone who knows anything about RVs knows that that is simply not possible using that type of set up. For the price we paid everything should have been on working order and demoed on person or through videos. I was told by the host that of I had questions just reference the videos but none of the videos she provided explained any of these issues. Essentially we got beds. Which we would have been better off at a motel 6 because at least we would have had facilities. We will be thinking twice about renting from someone from traveylink and possibly outdoorsy in the future without seeing the RV in question We also had a very hard time getting in touch with the host days before and up to a day before our trip. She said she was away. Which may have been the case but when you are renting your RV you should have someone in charge of your messages to answer questions for the people who are paying over $1000 to rent something from you. We will be seeking a refund of some degree.

We had a great trip, Jenay was very helpful on getting us going and supporting us along the way. Great communication and super responsive.

Our first time ever riding in a RV. It was great I’m in love with this RV . We drove her out to Orlando Florida . My family was very comfortable. They slept , they ate, and played games. They are obsessed with RVs now we all are. Big thanks to JeNay! She was above and beyond great to us . Our trip wouldn’t have been this great of an experience if it wasn’t for her .

Too many things not working properly, some of them informed few days before our trip, others found as a surprise by us as we need them during the trip. Side mirrors broken, awning not working and replaced by a canopy, some of the blinds not working, electronic jacks broken and not operational to easily level the motorhome made our experience something suboptimal. Cleanliness was another issue. We found little pieces of trash and personal items from prior renters underneath the sofa. The Motorhome has a great potential to be outstanding, but under our eyes the owner just leave it get deteriorated with minimum maintenance.
