Welcome to your home away from home on your next camping adventure!! Our 2021 Jayco SLX8 Rocky Mountain Edition Travel Trailer is the perfect RV for your getaway. A family of up to 6 can comfortably sleep in this unit (or a couple can spread out in luxury) with one Queen sized bed and two convertible/sofa beds with tons of storage space inside for everyone's things. We want to make your camping vacation as comfortable as possible, so we include everything in our RV that we would include if we were taking it on the road ourselves. The trailer has a large power retractable slide-out (kitchen nook/living room area) and a 19 ft power retractable awning for ease of use to enjoy cover from the elements during any season. There are two doors to get in and out of the trailer - one through the bedroom and the other through the main living area.Hot water is available via electricity or propane with a 6-gallon capacity (40-gallon fresh water tank on board) to ensure everyone can have a comfortable shower without running out. The kitchen contains a 3 burner stove and oven and microwave as well as a midsize refrigerator that runs on electricity or propane with enough room to store more than enough food for your trip.For your entertainment enjoyment, there is a radio with indoor/outdoor surround sound speakers, a cd player and a television. Sam and Carmen were great hosts! They were always very quick to respond to any questions we had and were very helpful. The RV was amazing it was brand new and Sam and Carmen made sure to stock it with everything you need. All we had to do was bring our clothes which made everything a lot easier. They had everything for the kitchen and items for outside likes chairs tables etc. Cant wait to rent from them again!

Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
We will deliver the RV to your camping location within a 200km radius and we are available to do so most days/times of the week.
Q.Will we be provided with instructions for operating the water and generator, etc while using the RV?
A.
Yes, we are always available by phone and we have also included a very detailed renter's manual inside the RV for your convenience. This will be emailed to you ahead of your trip as well so that you can read and ask any questions prior to your trip.
Q.What type of pets do you allow to stay in the RV with us?
A.
Well behaved dogs and cats are allowed to stay with you in the RV provided they are kept clean at all times they're occupying the trailer. They must also refrain from any scratching on the furniture, floors, walls, etc. We require a $250 damage deposit prior to your trip which will be returned to you after a thorough inspection of the trailer. If any damage or excessive soiling is found, the deposit will be kept by us in order to facilitate cleaning and repairs.
Q.We don't go camping often - what kinds of things are important for us to bring with us to fully enjoy our stay in your RV?
A.
We have packed the RV with everything that you could need for your stay - right down to soap and towels for the shower. All bedding is included, kitchen supplies, cleaning supplies, outdoor furniture (chairs, mat, etc). We will send you our Renter's Guide book which goes into more detail, but really all you need to bring are your personal items such as clothes, food and drinks. We supply the rest, unless you let us know which things you don't require.
