An excess cleaning fee of $95/hr may be charged for the removal of trash, stains, sand, and mud.Gas, freshwater, and propane will be FULL when you pick up and we expect gas and propane to be FULL when it is returned, with grey and black water tanks EMPTY or Dump Tank Fees will be applied against the deposit.

5Cory's RV was perfect for our family trip. DW has pet dander allergies so we loved that the Minnie Winnie has been protected, and indeed it was great for her. For a family of four we have more than enough room, like a moving hotel room and we never had to repack. I was a first time driver of something of this size but Cory's onboarding process was thorough and sent me off with confidence. The first few days I needed some help but Cory responded to texts promptly every time. The Blackstone was a great surprise and we used it a lot, very nice to cook outdoors onsite after long days hiking. Like the vehicle, we were well cared for!

5We stayed at the Pinegrove Campground south of Flagstaff for a couple of days, went to the Walnut Canyon National Monument. Then went to the Grand Canyon and stayed at a different Campground that day, headed home the next day. Our hosts were wonderful, very nice!!

The RV was ready when we arrived, he gave a great pre trip overview, and was even available when a few questions arose during our week long trip. Our family of five had a great trip to Bryce Canyon, Zion, and Grand Canyon. The RV had plenty of room for us on our trip while being easy to manage. We will for sure be taking another adventure soon.
