Our hosts were wonderful. They had the van set up perfectly with an instruction manual that answered any questions about the vehicle’s operating procedures. They were incredibly prompt in answering any questions we had throughout our trip. As a parent of two younger children, I especially enjoyed the fact that the kids were able to ride across from one another, buckled up, instead of side by side. It’s honestly one of the main reasons we chose to rent this van, along with the fact that it’s beautifully designed. The hosts were also very hospitable while our uber took longer than expected to pick us up at the end of our trip. We will definitely look to rent from them again for any future trips out their way. 10/10. We definitely recommend renting “Phoebe”.

Phoebe had everything we needed and more! Easy to drive, stow away bed was great giving us a space to eat and relax and then push a button and our bed was ready. Perfect sized fridge and freezer. Plenty of storage. Linens were high quality!

Hosts are a reference standard. The unit was spotless on pick up. Great communication and very helpful.

Host was great. Explained everything and helped out with a little troubleshooting. The vehicle was well supplied and very clean. Communication was good with the hosts and Outdoorsy.

We're repeat renters and love Phoebe. Truthfully, we're using Phoebe to learn all the tips and tricks before getting our own. 😁 She's an awesome van, perfect for the two of us. Plenty of water and power for dry camping over multiple days.
