• Any pungent ODORS, left in the motorhome that requires a deep clean will result in an additional cleaning fee charged by the hour.
• RV must be returned in the same condition it was received in order to avoid cleaning fees. Cleaning will be charge by the hour (see fee schedule in rental agreement).
• Roof access is STRICTLY prohibited. You will be liable for any damages.
• NO off-roading. Off-roading is the activity of driving or riding in a vehicle on unpaved surfaces such as sand, gravel, riverbeds, mud, snow, rocks, and other natural terrains.
• Towing is NOT allowed and is not covered by insurance.
• Travel to Mexico is NOT permitted.
• Death Valley is PROHIBITED during July and August due to extreme temperatures.
• We love pets, but due to renters' allergies, they're NOT ALLOWED. A deep cleaning fee will be applied.
• Renter is responsible for any monies due beyond the deposit.
• In the event of an insurance claim, a transportation fee for transporting the RV to and from the repair shop and an insurance claim fee will apply.
• RV is equipped with GPS tracking, any tampering with the device will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
• Any attempt to tamper with generator hours or odometer miles will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
• Restricted Areas and events, Burning Man Festival, Black Rock Desert, or any dry lake beds.
• A credit card processing fee of $2.95% will be charged back to the renter for all post-trip fees.
