Review summary
Responsive and supportive owner
Tony is highly responsive to questions, provides helpful video instructions, and offers good roadside assistance for problems like tire damage. One renter mentioned extra mileage charges and insufficient credit for non-working items.
Smooth driving, easy to park
Drives smoothly and parks easily, though sensitive to crosswinds. Equipped with a urine-only toilet, shower drains outside, and no indoor dining. Multiple reports of non-functional heaters, electrical outlets, and water heater. Considered pricey for its limited amenities.

2.0Being first time van renters there were a few things we did not know. We wanted a van with toilet and shower so we could ne self contained but this toilet is a urine only toilet and the shower drains directly on the ground. We had planned on staying on blm land but had to switch to trying to find campgrounds. Also the electrical outlets and water heater did not work. They said they would give us a credit and they did 60 bucks and also charged us 200 in extra mileage. Tony was a great guy is the only reason he got 2 stars. Vehicle is the same price as others with full bathroom and holding tanks

4.0Amazing RV, drives beautifully and great amenities. I would say it’s on the pricier side and it’s more a hookup RV than a dispersed camping RV. It would be nice if there was a bypass mode where you’re not just charging batteries with the generator but are actually powering all the amenities, would be especially handy off-grid. We did have an amazing trip!

3.0Paying for airport pickup sounded attractive, but it is a very long walk to the far corner of oversize parking. With checked bags,, I think taking an Uber would save some money, time would be about the same, a personal walk-through would have some benefits. It took us a while to find and figure out the blackout curtains, which we really only needed the first night and a standard RV site.. The heater and back up heater were both nonfunctional, so nights in Utah got very cold! There was some loose trim here and there. It would be helpful to label the cupboards to help find things, as space is at a premium. There is really no table and chairs to sit inside, outside chairs were provided and helpful. The microwave, coffee maker, and small fridge are functional. We did not use the shower, the cassette toilet for number one only, it was not as hard to dump as we anticipated, requires some strength and gloves. Getting up into the bed, requires some physical strength, as does getting out. Not for the infirm. Our opinion may be colored by prior Airstream camping, with space, table, toilet, etc. The van drove well, quite sensitive to crosswinds with high clearance. Camping in Vally of Fire was awesome, but spaces fill up 11 months in advance. 100 miles/day is limiting, costly over that. Cost was almost twice what you would calculate from the daily rental fee.

5.0This van was such a wonderful camper to have on the trip! Took it to all five national parks in Utah and got to explore some hidden gems as well. Took y was communicative and when a screw took out a tire, both he and outdoorsy provided the best road side care I’ve ever had!
