Trailer was great for what we needed it for. We have someone in a wheelchair and having the backend open made it easy to get her in and out. It is very roomy inside. The upper bunk was great to sleep on. I suggest some padding for the benches below. Trailer does need some TLC when you are using it. The trailer does need some maintenance done on it. We did have some issues but I am not sure if the trailer was having a problem or if we didn't get enough information to make it work right. It would not change the batteries. So basically I had a tent on wheels with A/C when the generator was on which we only used twice and lights if I changed it with my car.
Trevor was good to work with, we had some traffic issues and he waited for us to pick it up.
Outdoorsy has excellent customer support services. Very friendly and helpful. We needed some help getting some information to them and they weren't getting it so they helped us figure it out.
I won't rent again without being able to see it in advance to make sure I am getting what I paid for. With that being said I would rent from Trevor again and possibly even this trailer.

We had a great weekend, Trevor was more than willing to work with us and I felt that we communicated very well! The trailer does look a bit worn out and could maybe use a little TLC. There was plenty of room and we were able to prepare our meals with ease so that was good! I would suggest bringing some kind of padding for under your sleeping bags or whatever bc the beds were pretty uncomfortable. Overall I would say a 3.5 out of 5 for the trailer and 5 out of 5 for the owner.

Renting the trailer was a great experience. The trailer was fun and nice. Having a bathroom and ability to load my side by side was perfect. I only have a 1/2 ton truck, so finding the right toy hauler was tricky, but this one worked great! Thanks!
