Great open living room and kitchen with island! The separation from the front primary room and rear bunk room is great for everyone’s privacy.Relax and watch tv (internet required for TV streaming) with power recliners that also heat and massage.Residential fridge / freezer with enough room for all your groceries in one trip.Great out door kitchen with small gas blackstone style grill and a small sink.Rear bathroom has outdoor access so people dont have to go through the interior to get to a bathroom if they are dirty, sandy etc.This new trailer has 2 awnings, LED awning and cap lights , and outdoor speakers for amazing out door comfort while hanging at the campground.Continuous on-demand hot water heater so the whole family can get showers in without waiting between.Triple air conditioner units to stay cool even on the hottest ( and humid Texas !) summer days !Washer and Dryer in a closet for laundry so you don't have to use the public machines or walk to check if your clothes are done.For longer term rentals message us for special mid-long term rates!!Trailer also has optional StarLink high speed internet and router which can be included at extra charge, but will only be activated for longer term rentals. This will allow the smart TV’s to stream shows if the RV park has no wifi. This would also allow for general internet connection for phones, tablets, games, etc. Starlink service will need to be negotiated with each rental if interested.Video Walk Through Link!!

RecommendationsThe Smart TV's will require Wifi or some sort of network to work, just like a home TV. Please check with your campground/ RV Park to ensure they have Wifi you can connect to. Other things to noteAbsolutely no smoking in this unit. We pride ourselves on a clean family friendly unit. Very nice camper. Tons of space! Bed was extremely comfortable. I had it delivered to our location that we were staying at. Host was extremely responsive and easy to work with. He had it set up in 10 minutes and gave a thorough overview of everything. I would highly recommend this host and camper. It has everything you could need.

Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
We prefer delivery as trailer is stored in a secured and gated area when not in use.
Q.Does the trailer have a built in generator?
A.
The trailer does not have a generator. The trailer has 2 batteries which run an inverter. This inverter will power the the residential size fridge and lights, but optimal scenario is a 50 AMP electrical hookup for all features of the trailer to work ( it has 3 AC units )
