Review summary
Mixed experience with responsiveness
Many guests praise Lionel for quick responses, helpfulness, and accommodating drop-off/pickup. However, one renter reported a last-minute pickup location change and unresponsiveness during a payment dispute.
Reliable and generally well-maintained
The RV is often described as great, reliable, and fun, with everything working as expected. One guest reported it was not very clean and lacked expected bedding on pickup.

4.0The original listing for pick up was in a different city than the host required us to pick up the vehicle, adding an hour to our commute for both pick up and drop off. The host also tried to charge us extra in the morning we were already on our way to pick up the RV and asked me to contact customer service rather than contacting them himself, only to find our payment was fine. This was on the way to pick up and he was unresponsive while I was contacting customer service and the entire morning despite us letting him know we were on the way. The RV was not very clean and had no bedding which we were not expecting. The RV itself was fine but then we got hit with a huge cleaning and fuel fee when Outdoorsy made no checkout rules obvious or that we should have done anything else before drop off. Would not book again

Frequently asked questions
Q.
What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
There is an optional early pickup add-on with very flexible times.
Q.
Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the RV easily?
A.
I believe you'll find that the RV is easy to understand. We will do a full walkthrough the day of pick. I will always be available for questions as well.
Q.
How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?
A.
It's as simple as plugging in the RV cord, connecting the water hose, and connecting a sewage hose. It'll make sense once we walk through it on the day of pickup.
Q.
What should I do when returning the RV?
A.
Return the RV cleaned, refilled with gasoline, and all tanks emptied and refilled. I encourage purchasing the reasonably priced "Worry free return" package for the convenience of just going home after your trip...a vacation from your vacation!
