Trailer has dual 20# propane tanks (30# available on request), dual AC, add optional Wi-Fi and generator setup for additional fee. Trailer has a 50A hookup for power and a 30” TV with roku in the main area. Separate master bedroom with king size bed. Separate bathroom access with door to outside. The back room has three twin beds and a pull out mat that is the size of a queen mattress. The Dining table does fold down into a bed as well as a pull out couch that also is the size of a queen mattress. What's includedComes with fresh linens and pillows for the king and twin beds, kitchen is fully stocked with utensils and dinnerware including Kerig coffee maker, and toaster oven. Other items included are 50’ (50amp) power hookup, 50’ water hookup, 20’ sewer hookup, wheel chocks, and leveling blocks. Additional items per request.
