5.0This was the best RV rental I have had in 6 years. The host was extremely accommodating with drop off and pickup. The RV was super clean and everything worked! He maintains this trailer and it shows. Will definitely rent again. Thank you.

Rules and policies
• No smoking or vaping inside the RV or within a 15 ft radius.
• No drugs that are illegal in Indiana allowed inside RV (including marijuana).
• No climbing on the RV roof.
• You may use the awning, but it should be pulled in when not in use or when leaving the camper unattended. Please note that you are responsible for any damage to the awning, and it is unlikely to be covered under insurance.
• Pickup is 3:00 pm, return time is 12:00 pm unless other arrangements have been made.
• Black and Gray Water Tanks - If you paid for setup, we will empty the tanks at no additional charge. Otherwise, there is a $150.00 dump fee if not dumped prior to return, unless prepaid.
• Fresh Water Tank - The tank will come empty. If you are staying at a campsite that does not have water, we can fill it for an additional charge.
• Cleaning - We expect the unit to be returned in the condition it was delivered. That includes taking out all trash, sweeping (and mopping if necessary) all floors, cleaning and putting away all dishes, and cleaning the bathroom. If the unit is not returned in the condition it was delivered, there will be a minimum of a $100 cleaning fee.
