I could not be happier with my whole experience! Karen was very responsive to all of my questions (this was my first time renting an RV). The RV itself was immaculate. Almost like it just rolled off the showroom floor. The setup was easy and right on schedule. I had zero issues with the rental. I would most definitely rent from Karen and Marco again! Karen was quick to communicate and was very accommodating. The trailer was in great condition and looked just like the photos. We camped from Thursday to Monday and the solar stayed topped off the whole time with constant fridge and water pump use. We only occasionally ran the generator for the AC, which works great.
