Important: Pick-up and drop off times may be limited due to the owners' work schedules. Delivery is only available on weekends and some evenings. Please inquire about your dates and times prior to booking.Vandalf is a 19ft 2022 Winnebago Solis built on a Ram Promaster 2500 chassis. This van sleeps 2 people and is roomy and tall enough to accommodate taller ad'van'turers. (My husband is 6.5 and sleeps comfortably on the bed, in the bath, and throughout the cabin - he won't be fully standing up in the shower)Vandalf is equipped with plenty of amenities for sleeping, snoozing, and enjoying wherever your travels take you. With on-board solar and propane, you always have access to a cold fridge full of food, stovetop cooking, hot water, interior and exterior lights, and 12v and USB power. Of course you can always hook up to shore power for full use of the 120v outlets.Inside you will find plenty of lighting and storage. Full swivel captains chairs, two additional seats, and a table provide a great place to eat, play a game, or plan your next stop. The kitchenette is equipped with a refrigerator and freezer, a 2-burner propane stove, a sink and lots of storage. Vandalf also boasts a full wet bath with a grey water cassette toilet (pee Only) (that empties from outside the van). The sleeping areas consist of a full/ queen size bed in the back of the van. Please note that while the van does have a pop top, due to several damage incidents and repairs, use of the pop top is no longer a rental option.Additionally, you can enjoy the van and all the fresh air your adventure has to offer with screening for the side and rear door areas with magnetic closures. All windows have black out covers so you can opt for absolute privacy no matter where you are.Other Notes:

RecommendationsEnjoy the serenity of the mountain, lake, beach or other happy place. All you need is a flat place to park. We've enjoyed the typical rest stops and parking areas around tourist spots (Acadia National Park and Katahdin in Maine, an off-the-beaten-path rest stop in Vermont, toured the great lakes, and boondocked along various rivers at parking and kayak launches, etc.). Or, visit relatives and stay in the van when the house is full or you just need your own personal space. Other things to noteOther rules:
1. Keep the mattress pads on the mattresses at all times.
2. Clean up spills immediately
3. Take the road less traveled
4. Enjoy your adventureOther Notes:
* Upon booking request, our personal rental agreement will be provided for review and signed when keys are released for rental.
* PIck up and drop off times are flexible (from those posted on this site), but renters need to inform us of a window for pick up and drop off so we can make arrangements.

Vandalf the Red was an excellent first RV experience for our family! My young girls loved sleeping in the pop top, and there was lots of room and amenities to keep our family happy! The owners were very responsive, knowledgeable and helpful too.

We had an amazing experience with Vandalf the Red! Tamara was wonderful every step of the way. She is a great communicator and lovely human who made us feel comfortable through every moment of this process. The motor home is in pristine condition and was super clean and perfectly stocked for our trip. The beds were very comfortable, too! We could not recommend Vandalf and Tamara more highly — just a fabulous experience! Thank you!

Every where we went people remarked about how good it looked.
