2017 Red Toyota 4Runner

Overall, the car was in good shape. A few things to note-- there should be an early pickup/late drop-off fee if your rental times fall outside of the owner's preferred window (not described in the listing-- i really only went with this vehicle over another was because it seemed like the times were more flexible, without additional fees). Outdoorsy didn't charge me for it, so the owner manually charged for only one (communicated via messaging beforehand). Another thing to be aware of is that most camping sites do not allow this style of camping. That's something I was misinformed on from by other rental companies, but I thought all would work out since this rental came with a ground tent + supplies. The tent was relatively okay (a bit dirty with some stains), but the sleeping pad did not stay inflated... I think it may be missing a plug, so we ended up having to just sleep on the ground. I think the stay would've benefitted from more communication-- the listing claims that you'll receive their island/campsite guide, but I never did. The address in the app for pickup is slightly wrong (but I think the uber driver knew where to take us), and I didn't get "check in" instructions until after the reservation had technically started-- when I messaged being like uh hey I'm here.
