She was very responsive and kind the entire time. The van itself is so nice! Very clean and was in great condition. Highly recommend for people who want AC off grid (which was a main concern for us). The AC was nice and cool especially during super hot summer days. The van is super easy to drive and comfortable. We will for sure rent this van again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

5.0We had a great trip from Chicago up along the Michigan coast. Communications was outstanding … before and during the trip….and being first time RVrs, Samantha was a great host. The van was well equipped with all needed necessities and a great A/C unit that was critical with our dogs if we left them inside a few hours . Being able to bring the dogs was also a key factor in selecting this unit from Samantha . We didn’t take advantage of everything the van offered but it was perfect for our trip. Drove great on the highway and perfect size to get down narrow roads and small overnight sites.

5.0This was my first experience camping in an RV and it couldn't have been a better introduction. I took my 8yo son to Road America for a sportscar endurance race weekend and the van was perfect for what we needed. Samantha made everything extremely easy, was a prompt communicator and gave us a detailed walkthrough of everything - she even checked in and was responsive if we had any questions during the trip. The flexibility with drop off and pickup made things even easier for us as we had a specific plan to get on the road. The van is easy to drive, easy to setup and we really had everything we needed for a short weekend drive up to Wisconsin. We would absolutely rent again!
