To ensure a safe and enjoyable trip for all present and future guests, please adhere to the following guidelines while enjoying the trailer:
No Smoking or Vaping: Smoking, vaping, or the use of any tobacco/cannabis products is strictly prohibited inside the trailer. An additional deep-cleaning fee will be applied if this rule is violated.
Towing Safety: For the safety of the equipment and your party, please maintain a maximum towing speed of 65 MPH. Use of the trailer is restricted to maintained paved or gravel roads; no off-roading is permitted.
Awning Care: The awning is very susceptible to wind damage. It must be retracted every night, whenever you leave the campsite, and during any period of high winds or heavy rain.
Waste Management: The trailer should be returned with the black and gray water tanks emptied. A $75 Dump Fee will be deducted from the security deposit if the tanks are not cleared upon return.
Pet Policy: Well-behaved, house-trained pets are welcome! We ask that pets are crated if left unattended in the trailer and kept off the beds and upholstered furniture. Excessive cleaning from pet wear and tear may incur additional cleaning charges
Cleanliness Standard: Please return the trailer in a "camp-clean" condition. This includes washing any used dishes and removing all personal trash and food items.
Height Awareness: Please be mindful of the trailer's total height (including the AC unit) when navigating under low-hanging branches, bridges, or gas station canopies.
Damages incurred will be pursued. While in your care you are responsible for the well being of the camper. Please exercise caution while at events.
